This book really did hold so much promise and the synopsis sounded like something I would really enjoy. While the writing itself was really good and the book got off to a really interesting start, the book didn't really deliver. The book flits between modern day and back to 2011 but honestly, the modern day storyline felt a little bit irrelevant at times and actually made the ending feel a bit rushed. The Dangerous Obsession: {Spoiler}Proving the existence of fairies!!! shouldn't have been dangerous at all and just seemed weird to me. Not a terrible book and I did enjoy reading it, I just felt the ending was somewhat disappointing.
