The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini

I watched the movie, The Kite Runner tonight and I have to say it was a very good adaptation.
As to be expected, you lose a lot of the detail from the book particularly regarding the relationships between the characters. These were sadly lacking in the movie. However, some of the visuals gave the difficult plot lines a far greater impact.

The film is definitely worth watching but I would absolutely recommend reading the book first.

Susanne: He's still in hospital undergoing various tests, but he is doing fine under the circumstances. A couple of his team mates visited him yesterday at the hospital. The captain was one of them and the goal keeper as they are close friends with him as well. Jun 15, 2021 14:05:32 GMT
